U.S.-based AutoAcquire AI has acquired Virtuans AI, a Pakistani startup founded by Raheel Ahmad and Muddassar Sharif, in a seven-figure cash-and-equity deal. Virtuans' multilingual autonomous conversational agents, using reinforcement learning and deep integrations to handle sales and customer support in 40+ languages, will join AutoAcquire's vehicle acquisition platform as the founders take leadership roles, supporting efforts to modernize the $1 trillion US used-car market while scaling from roughly $550,000 annual revenue.
