Apptronik Raises $520M To Commercialize Apollo

Apptronik announced on Wednesday that it raised $520 million at a $5 billion valuation, bringing its Series A total to $935 million as it readies production of Apollo humanoid robots. The Austin startup, which has pilot deployments with Mercedes-Benz, GXO Logistics and Jabil and a partnership with Google DeepMind's Gemini Robotics models, will use the capital to scale manufacturing, expand offices, and refine robot software.
