Anthropic Sees Record Consumer Claude Subscriptions

Anthropic’s Claude is seeing record consumer paying-subscriber growth, TechCrunch reported March 28, citing an Indagari analysis of credit-card transactions from about 28 million U.S. consumers. The data shows paid subscriptions more than doubled this year with a January–February spending spike and returning users in February, though it excludes enterprise and free-tier users and coincided with a Super Bowl ad and Pentagon dispute.
