Anthropic Integrates Interactive Apps Into Claude

Anthropic today expanded Claude with MCP Apps, an extension to the open-source Model Context Protocol that embeds interactive apps directly inside the chatbot. The update lets users interact with tools like Canva, Slack, Asana, Figma, Amplitude, and Hex inside chat, enabling visual previews and direct manipulation rather than text-only outputs. By donating MCP to the Linux Foundation, Anthropic promotes interoperable agent ecosystems across major AI vendors.
