AMD Deploys Helios Rack-Scale AI In India
AMD and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced on Feb. 16, 2026 a codeveloped Helios rack-scale AI infrastructure design for India, offering an AI-ready data center blueprint supporting up to 200 MW of capacity. The platform uses AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs, next-generation EPYC 'Venice' CPUs, Pensando Vulcano NICs and the ROCm software ecosystem, while TCS’ HyperVault will accelerate hyperscaler and enterprise build-outs. The move supports India’s national AI initiatives and sovereign AI factories.
