Tirunelveli Hosts Porunai Book Fair With 115 Publishers
Tirunelveli District Collector R. Sukumar announced the 9th Porunai Book Fair will run at the Tirunelveli Corporation Trade Centre from February 12–22, 2026, featuring more than 115 publishers. The 11-day fair will offer books across subjects — literature, competitive exams, music, farming, architecture, medicine, engineering, artificial intelligence and data science — alongside expert career counseling, daily lectures, cultural performances, workshops, student competitions, food stalls and a mock polling station.
