TCS Encourages Employees To Embrace AI

Tata Consultancy Services urged employees on Wednesday at the Nasscom Technology and Leadership Forum in Mumbai to use AI tools to deliver work faster and cheaper, even if doing so cannibalises company revenue, CEO K Krithivasan said. The remarks follow investor concerns that AI could disrupt India's labour-heavy IT model, which wiped about $68.6 billion in market value in February. India's Nifty IT index fell 21% this month, its worst monthly drop in nearly 23 years.
