Using four TCRβseq datasets (3,150 individuals, ~71 million TCRs) they identified ~96,000 HLA-associated TCRβ features and trained classifiers with balanced accuracy >0.9 for several common HLA-A, B, C, DRB1 and class II alleles; calibrated predictions support samples with as few as 5,000 unique clonotypes.
