Spellbook Secures Exclusive Deal With CBA

Legaltech startup Spellbook announced on Tuesday a two-year exclusive partnership to provide the Canadian Bar Association with AI-powered contract drafting and review tools, offering discounted access to the CBA's more than 40,000 members across Canada. Spellbook, valued at $350 million after a $50 million Series B led by Khosla Ventures, says it expects $100 million in annual recurring revenue by 2026 and reports over 4,000 customers in 80 countries.
