South Korea Secures Assurance Ukraine Will Not Repatriate

Foreign Minister Cho Hyun said Friday that Ukraine has assured Seoul two North Korean soldiers captured while fighting alongside Russia will not be repatriated to Moscow. The captives, seized in the Kursk front in January last year, remain in Ukrainian custody; Cho said disclosing details could jeopardize their safety and Seoul is working to bring them to South Korea.
