SEC Closes Investigation Into Faraday Future

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has closed its probe into California EV maker Faraday Future, the company said in a blog post. The investigation, which examined alleged false statements around Faraday's 2021 SPAC listing and disputed FF91 sales, began in 2022 and included an internal staff recommendation for enforcement last year. The dismissal allows management to refocus on product strategy and Nasdaq compliance.
