Samsung Sets AI Usability And Trust Goals

Samsung Mobile eXperience COO Won-Joon Choi told attendees at the European Leadership Talk in San Francisco that Samsung will prioritize making AI easier to use, citing surveys showing 81% of mobile users see AI's value while 85% find it too complex. He outlined three principles—Reach (targeting 800 million Galaxy AI users by end of 2026), Openness, and Confidence—and highlighted Knox encryption and Vault for user trust.
