Origis Energy Secures $545M Financing For Solar

Origis Energy announced March 5 it closed approximately $545 million in senior secured project financing with Natixis CIB and Santander for three utility-scale solar projects totaling about 413 MW in Ector County, Texas. All three projects are under construction and expected to reach commercial operations in summer 2026, and the financing—structured as construction and term loans, a tax-credit bridge and letters of credit—advances Origis' West Texas complex to over 700 MW.
