Oracle Raises $45–50 Billion For Cloud Expansion

Oracle announced on Sunday it expects to raise $45 billion to $50 billion in gross cash proceeds during calendar 2026 to expand Oracle Cloud Infrastructure capacity. The company plans a balanced mix of bonds, mandatory convertible preferred securities and an at-the-market equity program of up to $20 billion to fund datacenter builds for customers including AMD, Meta, NVIDIA, OpenAI, TikTok and xAI.
