Opera Adds Gemini And Translate Sidebar

Opera is rolling out an update to its Opera One browser today that adds sidebar access to Google Gemini and Google Translate, plus expanded split-screen functionality. Users can pin Gemini to the sidebar to interact with the AI without switching tabs, generate translations via the Translate sidebar, and arrange up to four tabs in horizontal, vertical, or grid layouts. The changes aim to streamline multitasking and research workflows by keeping AI tools and content side-by-side.
