Nadda Urges AIIMS To Balance Expansion

NEW DELHI, Feb 20: Health Minister J P Nadda on Friday asked newly established All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) campuses to balance rapid expansion with quality, prioritising patient-centric care while strengthening teaching and research. He urged formal patient-feedback systems, AI-driven diagnostics, telemedicine, accelerated faculty recruitment, affordable pharmacy outlets and IIT/IIM collaboration to ensure coordinated growth and governance across the AIIMS network.
