Musinsa Adopts OpenAI Codex For Hiring
South Korean fashion platform Musinsa said Feb. 5, 2026 that more than 2,000 people applied during the document submission stage of its open recruitment for "AI-native" entry-level developers. The company will use OpenAI's Codex in second-round interviews to assess problem-solving via an in-house AI assessment system, allowing candidates to use a range of AI tools. Musinsa is considering wider OpenAI adoption across operations.
