Mondelēz Adopts Celonis To Model Processes

Mondelēz International is migrating its ERP estate from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and has chosen the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform over SAP Signavio, CIO Rossana Rizzotto told The Register. The company began the program two years ago, decided in July 2025 to embrace Celonis, and plans S/4HANA go-lives in North and Latin America in H2 2026, using process mining to create a digital twin and prepare for agentic AI.
