MakeMyTrip Integrates OpenAI To Power Bookings

MakeMyTrip announced on Feb. 18, 2026 a strategic collaboration with OpenAI, integrating OpenAI’s APIs into its Myra generative assistant to enable real-time conversational trip planning and end-to-end bookings. Myra, backed by proprietary LLMs, now handles over 50,000 daily conversations in eight languages, with more than 45% engagement from Tier-2 and smaller Indian cities, expanding AI-driven travel discovery and transactions.
