Lowe's is expanding use of its AI assistant Mylow, launched about a year ago, and the store-focused Mylow Companion introduced last May. The tools now handle roughly one million customer and associate questions monthly, add Spanish language support and cut pro-associate prep time from hours to under a minute, aiming to streamline recommendations, product availability checks, and in-store workflows.
