Lemonade Cuts Tesla Rates For FSD Drivers

Lemonade Inc. said Wednesday it will cut per-mile insurance rates by about 50% for Tesla drivers when Full Self-Driving (FSD) is engaged, after accessing previously unavailable FSD telematics data. The company said Teslas driven with FSD are involved in far fewer accidents, and the price change could lower premiums and affect reinsurer payouts and insurer pricing models.
