KnowBe4 reports that 2025 set company records for platform usage and quality ratings, driven by more frequent training across existing customers. The company rolled out numerous updated learning items—including Social Engineering Foundations, Deepfake Awareness, privileged-access and secure development modules—and published a public product roadmap outlining planned enhancements.
