J.M. Smucker Restructures Leadership To Focus Growth

The J.M. Smucker Company announced on Feb. 10 a leadership restructuring, effective Feb. 9, that eliminates the chief operating officer role and expands CFO responsibilities while creating a chief product supply officer. CEO Mark Smucker reassumed the president title and John Brase is no longer an executive officer. The company promoted Tucker Marshall and Rob Ferguson to expanded finance and supply-chain roles and will search for a CTO to advance enterprise AI strategy.
