India Workforce Embraces AI Boosts Productivity

Randstad's Workmonitor 2026 India report (published Mar 12, 2026) finds strong optimism and rising AI adoption among Indian workers, surveying 27,000 workers and 1,225 employers across 35 markets. It reports 79% of Indian professionals confident in their organisations' futures, 58% taking or considering a second job, and 89% saying AI improves productivity; employers flag hybrid work as complicating collaboration. The findings highlight high trust in leadership and the need for engagement strategies.
