HCLTech Raises Fresher Salaries To 22 Lakh

HCLTech announced in its January 2026 earnings update that it will offer elite freshers specialized in AI and digital skills pay packages of Rs 18–22 lakh per annum. Infosys has also raised entry-level pay for Specialist Programmer and Digital Specialist roles to between Rs 7 lakh and Rs 21 lakh for 2025 graduates.
