GCCs Drive India Grade-A Office Demand

Colliers reports (Feb. 20, 2026) that global capability centers (GCCs) have driven about 38% of India’s office leasing since 2020 and could require 35–40 million sq ft of Grade A space annually in coming years. The firm says US-headquartered GCCs accounted for roughly 70% of GCC leasing since 2020 and predicts GCCs may represent 40–50% of demand across top-seven Indian markets.
