Fabio Erculiani Releases matrixOS Gentoo-Based Distro

Fabio Erculiani has unveiled matrixOS, a new Gentoo-based immutable, atomic Linux distribution aimed at homelab users rather than production machines. matrixOS builds packages once for binary distribution, uses OSTree and a read-only base for atomic upgrades, ships gaming drivers and btrfs with zstd, supports Flatpak/Snap/Docker, and provides Bedrock, GNOME, and Server images requiring UEFI; source is on GitHub.
