EY Maintains Graduate Hiring Despite AI

EY tells Business Insider it has not altered graduate hiring goals in response to AI, with leaders Errol Gardner and Dan Diasio saying new graduates' lack of entrenched assumptions helps them challenge processes and adopt technology. The firm continues hiring to support consulting growth, invests more than $1 billion annually in AI platforms, and reported AI-related revenue up 30% in its 2025 financial year.
