RingCentral reported in fourth-quarter 2025 that its AI Receptionist now serves more than 8,300 customers, a 44% quarter-over-quarter increase, while ServiceNow recently rolled out its Autonomous Workforce and EmployeeWorks interfaces. ServiceNow says the system resolves over 90% of internal Level 1 IT issues and operates up to 99% faster, and security surveys warn machine identities now outnumber humans by 50:1–82:1.
