ElevenLabs said Feb. 4 it closed a $500 million Series D funding round led by Sequoia Capital, raising its valuation to about $11 billion. The London-based generative voice startup, founded in 2022, provides speech-synthesis and voice agents for customers including Deutsche Telekom and Deliveroo, and will use proceeds to expand its conversational platform, voice-licensing marketplace and AI music offerings after addressing earlier voice-cloning controversies.
