DTA Signs Microsoft VSA6 License Agreement

The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) has signed the sixth-volume sourcing agreement (VSA6) with Microsoft, securing five years of license access covering Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and identity/security services. The whole-of-government deal includes capped price increases, a standardised contracting framework, and a $1.55 million Microsoft-funded training program for ethical AI skills. Agencies may optionally procure Copilot under the agreement.
Scoring Rationale
