Matt Blumberg, CEO of Markup AI, built an AI 'fantasy board of directors' in October that simulates about 15 famous leaders, including Warren Buffett, Steve Jobs and Oprah Winfrey. He generated 5,000-word profiles for each member, loaded internal board materials and meeting decks, and uses the agent biweekly for feedback on board books, presentations and a 2025 performance review. Blumberg cautions it lacks real-time company context and human nonverbal cues, so it augments but does not replace an actual board.
