Blackstone Leads $1.2B Investment In Neysa

Blackstone is leading a $1.2 billion investment in Mumbai-based cloud infrastructure startup Neysa, the firms said in a joint statement. The round, split equally between primary equity and debt and valuing Neysa at about $1.4 billion, gives Blackstone a majority stake and will fund deployment of more than 20,000 GPUs to expand AI inferencing capacity.
