Bank of America Launches Merrill AI Meeting Journey

Bank of America and Merrill announced their AI-powered Meeting Journey, an integrated suite to help advisors prepare for, conduct and follow up on client meetings. The tool, built with Salesforce and Zoom integrations, provides Meeting Prep, Meeting Summarization (AI notetaker) and Meeting Follow-Up, and saved up to four hours per meeting in beta among more than 1,500 advisors. The rollout advances BofA's enterprise AI deployment.
