Anthropic Forecasts $80 Billion Cloud Payments

Anthropic forecasts it will pay Amazon, Google and Microsoft at least $80 billion to run its Claude AI on their servers through 2029, according to an analysis of the company's forecasts published Feb. 18 by The Information. The analysis shows revenue-sharing payouts rising from roughly $1.3 million in 2024 to about $360 million in 2025, $1.9 billion in 2026 and $6.4 billion in 2027, representing roughly one-tenth of projected revenue.
