AMD Expands Partnership With Meta To Deploy 6GW GPUs

AMD and Meta on Feb. 24, 2026 announced a definitive multi-year agreement to deploy up to 6 gigawatts of AMD Instinct GPUs for Meta’s next-generation AI infrastructure. Shipments supporting the first one-gigawatt deployment are scheduled to begin in 2H 2026 using a custom MI450-based Instinct GPU, 6th Gen EPYC CPUs, ROCm software and AMD Helios rack-scale systems.
