AMCHAM Urges Korea To Reform Financial Regulations

The American Chamber of Commerce in Korea on Wednesday released a report titled "Korea’s Financial Hub Agenda," urging sweeping regulatory reforms to bolster Korea’s bid to become a global financial hub. The report identifies 39 regulatory issues and 10 priority reform areas, including cloud and IT network separation updates and AI-ready rules, to align Korea with global standards and attract international investors.
