Amazon surpassed Walmart to become the world's largest company by revenue for the fiscal year ending December 2025, reporting $717 billion versus Walmart's $713.2 billion for the 12 months ending Jan. 31, 2026, Bloomberg reported on Feb. 19, 2026. The lead is largely attributed to Amazon Web Services; without AWS the company's revenue would have been about $588 billion.
