Inovia Capital released its 2025 State of Software report on Wednesday, finding AI-native startups accounted for 40 percent of Canadian software deal value in 2025. The report shows investors now treat deep AI integration as a baseline, driving larger rounds and valuations and lifting Canada's VC funding by 29 percent year‑over‑year, while limited partner fundraising remains weak.
