Advocates Urge Apple and Google Remove Grok

Nearly 30 advocacy groups on Wednesday urged Apple and Google to remove social media platform X and its AI app Grok from their app stores after users could generate sexualized images of minors and women. The groups cited findings from Copyleaks and watchdogs and demanded urgent action; California's attorney general opened an investigation and U.K. and EU officials are monitoring regulatory responses.
