ACORD Names Student Winner For Data Challenge

ACORD announced today that University of Connecticut graduate student Manasa Ramaka won the ACORD Student Challenge 2025 and a $5,000 prize for using large language models to generate and validate underwriting data fields from five leading pet insurers. Two runners-up each received $2,000, and all finalists receive ACORD Connect 2026 passes plus one year of industry mentorship. ACORD said the projects will inform future ACORD Data Standards for pet insurance.
