Accenture plans to acquire Faculty, a UK-based AI-native services and products provider, the companies said in a Jan. 6 press release. The deal, subject to regulatory approval, brings Faculty's 400 data scientists and its Faculty Frontier decision-intelligence product—used in clinical-trial planning—into Accenture and names Faculty CEO Marc Warner as Accenture chief technology officer to accelerate client AI transformations.
