2PointZero Acquires Majority Stake In ISEM Packaging

Abu Dhabi-based 2PointZero Group has completed the acquisition of a 60.8% stake in Italy's ISEM Packaging Group for Dhs704m ($192m). The transaction, funded via a combination of primary and secondary capital, leaves Peninsula Capital and other investors with a 39.2% stake and makes packaging 2PointZero's sixth consumer-focused vertical. 2PointZero says it will support ISEM's international expansion and deploy artificial intelligence and digital technologies to improve operations.
