India Strengthens Educational Governance Through VSKs

The School Education Department hosted a two-day national consultation on strengthening educational governance through Vidya Samiksha Kendras (VSK) and APAAR ID at T-Hub, Hyderabad, on Feb. 23–24, 2026, jointly organised by the Ministry of Education and NCERT/CIET. Delegates from states discussed enhancing digital infrastructure, interoperability, and real-time VSK dashboards for attendance, foundational learning, and targeted support. Officials endorsed a 6A framework—Attendance, Assessment, Administration, Accreditation, Adaptive Learning, Artificial Intelligence—to guide data-driven governance and policy decisions.
